Visual Locker Support
How can we help?
Get help with Visual Locker on Apple Vision Pro or ask about the iPhone and iPad versions in development. You can report a problem or share product feedback with the Handlr AI apps support team.
Email app-support@handlr.aiBefore emailing
Helpful details to include.
Tell us your Visual Locker version and build, your device model, your iOS, iPadOS or visionOS version, what you expected and what happened. Steps that reliably reproduce the problem are especially useful.
Please do not attach private photos or videos, vault screenshots, filenames, folder names, search terms, passcodes or purchase credentials. We will never ask for your Apple Account password or vault password.
Unlocking the vault
Standard Unlock uses Optic ID or the Apple Vision Pro passcode. Private Password uses your vault password and prevents device-passcode fallback, with optional Optic ID convenience. iPhone and iPad will use their fitted Face ID or Touch ID method. Handlr AI cannot see your vault or recover its password.
Forgotten vault password
Try the enabled biometric shortcut if it remains available. Otherwise you need another restorable copy and the vault password, or must reset the vault and delete its encrypted contents. Do not email a vault password to support.
Purchases and Pro
If a completed purchase is not recognised on a supported device, open Visual Locker’s Pro information screen and choose Restore Purchases while connected to the internet. Restoring Pro never transfers vault content.
Imports and Photos
Visual Locker copies selected media into its encrypted vault. Removing an original from Photos is a separate choice and Photos may keep it in Recently Deleted.
Apple device backup
Backup eligibility is off by default. If you enable it, Apple controls when and whether an encrypted device backup completes. This is not Visual Locker sync and it does not keep vaults matched across devices.
Separate vaults on each device
Your Apple Vision Pro, iPhone and iPad each keep an independent local vault. Media, folders, settings and deletions do not move between them.
Spatial media
On iPhone and iPad, independently imported spatial media is shown in ordinary 2D. These apps have no Spatial or Immersive controls and do not connect to your Apple Vision Pro vault.
